Where can I find my Order ID?
Your Order ID was included in your confirmation email sent right after checkout. It is a 4 to 6 digit number (e.g. #10482). Check your spam or promotions tab if you cannot find it.
When will my carrier tracking code activate?
Tracking numbers are generated as soon as your items are packed. Carriers typically scan and update live location within 24 to 48 hours of departure.
What happens if an ornament arrives broken?
You are fully protected by our Zero-Breakage Guarantee. Email [email protected] with a photo of the package and we dispatch a free replacement immediately.
